Paolo Pala was born on the mediteranean island of Sardegna, Italy. It was here his journey and love of cooking began. He grew up with some great teachers - His Mamma, his Nonna and other relatives. Food in italy is a way of life and great pride is taken in preparing and serving wonderfull meals with the best fresh ingredients. Paolo has recently taken some time out from running restaurants to fulfil a lifelong ambition of writing a traditional italian food recipes cookbook Paolo has finished his book and is currently being edited, so keep watching as the book is on its way very soon! |
